This Developer Add-On Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MangiafestoElectronics LLC (“Company”) and the individual or entity submitting an add-on (“Developer”).

1. License Grant

Developer grants Company and its users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, install, and use the Developer’s add-on within Company’s software platform.

2. Representations and Warranties

Developer represents and warrants that:

a. All content sources, streams, or endpoints provided by the add-on are lawfully available for public access, properly licensed, or otherwise free of intellectual property restrictions.

b. The add-on does not bypass or circumvent encryption, DRM, paywalls, geo-blocking, or any technological protection measures.

c. The add-on complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Developer will not:

Include or link to infringing, pirated, or unauthorized streams.

Distribute malware, spyware, or code that degrades Company’s platform or harms users.

Misrepresent the origin, licensing, or ownership of any content.

4. Indemnification

Developer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, employees, and users from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of the Developer’s add-on, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, or circumvention of technological protection measures.

5. Removal

Company may remove or disable the add-on at any time in its sole discretion, including in response to copyright takedown requests or violations of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company provides its platform on an “AS IS” basis. Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the add-on’s use.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], excluding conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the add-on and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Accessing content through add-ons is at your own risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you access complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Company will promptly respond to valid takedown notices and reserves the right to remove or disable any add-on or stream that violates intellectual property rights or these Terms.

Company provides the platform for testing, integration, and quality assessment of freely available sources only. No warranties are made regarding the availability, legality, or quality of third-party content.
